Welcome to Bead Medley! My jewelry creations all stem from my love of color, nature and design. My goal is to create colorful, quality, and affordable jewelry that's stylishly designed and made to last. My hope is to add color and sparkle, not only to your wardrobe, but to your day. Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal because it allows me to send your jewelry to you quickly. Please note that the Paypal heading and billing statement title is that of my sister website "Shaded Memories." I also accept checks and money orders. If you choose to pay via PayPal, please send your payment right away. I do understand that PayPal sometimes has problems, and I will never cancel an order without making 3 attempts to contact a buyer. But if I don't receive payment within 3 business days of the purchase, I do reserve the right to cancel the order. If you are paying by check or money order, please notify me when your payment has been mailed, so I could have your order ready to ship. I will ship the order when payment is received.

Shipping

I will notify you via email when your item has shipped. Charm Bracelets are made to order, and usually ship 2-3 business days after the date of purchase. All other jewelry ships next business day following receipt of payment. Orders ship First Class USPS, and generally arrive in 3-5 business days for US purchases. International shipping times vary, usually from 5-10 business days. If you'd prefer me to ship the order Priority mail, just contact me. I'll gladly send you a revised invoice with the adjusted shipping cost. USPS Priority Mail is currently $4.95 for US purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority! If you're dissatisfied with your photograph or artwork for any reason, please notify me as soon as you receive it. I'll make every attempt to ensure that you're happy with your purchase. If the problem cannot be resolved, I'll issue you a refund for the purchase price.

I welcome custom requests. As long as I have the material, I'd be more than happy to set up a custom listing based on your specifications. Perhaps you'd like me to custom design a piece to match something you've seen in my Etsy shop. Or maybe you see an item that you'd like in a different color.
